I feel your pain though, I've had to spend a long time in a couple of areas with speeds lower than that, and it's not fun at all. I hope you at least have steady connection; speeds like that aren't so bad if you've got the full speed all the time. Whenever I'm somewhere with a crap connection, it's generally all over the place, never the same reading twice. Ouch!
